Site Updates
What's new and what's changed on CoverLetterBetter
This page describes the changes we've made to the site that affect you, in plain language. Whenever we add a new service or update something that changes how you use your account, we'll list it here so you always know what's available.
You can now send feedback, ask questions, or request help directly from the site. Your messages go to our support team, who can follow up with you by email.
Share your personal referral link with friends. When they join using your link, you earn bonus tokens as a thank-you. You can share via LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), WhatsApp, or email — each with its own draft post you can edit before sharing.
Assess your skills with a T-Profile — a visual that shows the breadth of your skills across areas alongside the depth of your specialist expertise. This helps you see your strengths and spot gaps to fill.
Practice interviews with an AI recruiter that asks realistic questions based on your target job role. You get feedback on your answers to help you improve before the real thing.
When you want to share your referral link, a pop-up composer helps you draft a post for your chosen platform. It includes a countdown timer so you can review and post within the session window, with the option to extend if you need more time.
You can now download your CV suggestions, cover letters, and ATS scan reports as PDF files. This makes it easy to save your results, print them, or attach them to job applications.
View a clear monthly summary of your token activity — how many you bought, how many you used, and your balance at the end of each month. You can download or print these statements, and optionally turn on automatic email delivery.
Your Token History page now shows a running balance next to every transaction, so you can see exactly how each purchase or use changed your balance. Transactions are now listed in a stable, consistent order.
If you used the site before the Token History feature was added, you will see a blue information box at the top of your Token History. It explains that some tokens were used before the history was tracked, and shows the balance you had when the history begins. This is normal and simply reflects earlier activity that was not individually logged.
Both your Token History and Monthly Statements pages now have Print and Download PDF buttons, so you can keep your own records of your token activity.
We're always working on improvements. If you have an idea for a new feature or a change that would help you, visit the Feedback & Support page to let us know.
